Altered workout tee


I have a ton of shirts that I have gathered from one event or another, so with this one, I decided to cut it up!

I started by slicing the sleeves off above the hem
Then, cut the bottom band of all the way around the shirt
I then took the long bottom loop and tied it between the shoulder blades in back.
Finish off with a bow or knot and you are ready to go. 

note.. next time, I won't tie the back so low. Maybe stop after 3" or so; that way the shirt isn't so tight under your shoulder blades.
