For this project, I used an old baby wash bottle, sharp scissors, spray adhesive, and scrap fabric. It is pretty straight forward, cut it out, use spray adhesive to cover the bottle (you could use a ketchup bottle, or another shampoo bottle instead). Please don't use the spray adhesive on the floor inside your house. I did and now I have a residual ghost ring of dirt that will always return! Then cover and hang!
Easy!
